I bought a few things online just the other day… how convenient is that? I did it right from my computer and BAM! Instantly had what I wanted (eBooks… craziness!). Think back to a time when eCommerce was pretty new (the mid 90’s). Back then I was in college, and in one of my classes a survey was administered. The findings: Less than 5 people in a class of 30+ students had ever ordered anything online. That’s roughly only 16% of the attendees.
So, now it’s 2012 and I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone older than my 3rd grader who hasn’t ordered something online. It’s how we roll. It’s easy, and we like easy. Anyone can order most anything online anytime, anywhere (with an internet connection or WiFi).
I would be willing to bet my left arm (the rights too valuable) that your clients like easy. Are you taking advantage of the benefits of an online store to make buying your products easier than ever for your customers?

• Lower overhead costs like inventory, warehousing, etc.
• Overall control of branding.
