Members of Proforma’s Support Center recently volunteered at a Cleveland-area Ronald McDonald house, serving families staying at the facility a pancake brunch.
“The opportunity to go out into our neighborhoods and serve those around us has been a great way for us to build relationships in our community and show our passion for the city,” said Kathy Mayo, Proforma’s Director of Human Resources. “Our Team Members are dedicated to ongoing service. All of our out-reach programs are organized and executed by volunteers in our Support Center.”
By providing a meal, Proforma’s Team Members helped offer a sense of normalcy for the families in a time of crisis. The Ronald McDonald house gives families a place to stay while their children are undergoing medical care.
“The Ronald McDonald House is a great organization that we are proud to support,” said Mayo. “It is an honor to help them in their mission of making a life a little more comfortable and enjoyable for families during a challenging time.”
Proforma participates in many charitable events throughout the year to give back to the community, including clothing and food drives, community meals, creating care packages for troops overseas and volunteering at a local food pantry.
